We drove all the way from California and finally tried this breakfast spot—and it did not disappoint! We tried a little bit of everything . The pancakes were fluffy and so good, the different French toast flavors were amazing, and even the chicken tenders were juicy and perfectly cooked. Definitely worth the hype. The place is clean, the service is friendly, and the only “downside” is the wait it’s only because the food is THAT good. Definitely a must-try if you’re in Phoenix!

I love breakfast food, but I have to say I was not expecting the pancakes to be as good as they were. I knew this place was highly rated but was still pleasantly surprised by the food quality! In fact our meal was so good, we decided we should go again to just get pancakes. The eggs were good, and the meats were good (I got chicken sausage, and my husband got the sausage patties). I wished the hash browns were regular shreds though, I didn’t care too much for the big pieces of potato. However, the meal was still delicious overall!

A very good restaurant to enjoy a freshly made breakfast! The egg sandwich and avocado toast were well-seasoned and tasty. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining as well as counter service.

On recommendation we went to Butters because we had to try their baked potato omelette with a side of the cinnamon roll pancakes. They did not disappoint! The omelette was light and fluffy with all the fixings of a baked potato. The hash browns were not shredded they were thin chopped which is my favorite, and the cinnamon roll pancakes were delicious and not dry in the slightest. I know I sound like a fan boy but that’s only because I became one! I will be returning soon for sure. The meal wasn’t cheap but I saved money overall because I couldn’t eat lunch later since I was still full! The portions were very big

A DEFINITE MUST if you’re in the area! The food was AMAZING and our waitress Abigail was THE BESTTTTT!! We were a table of eight and she had our drinks and food in front of us before we knew it. The food was fresh, the portions were good and the price was right. Thanks, Abigail, for giving our family a vacationers an amazing experience

Overall 5/5: Great breakfast food options with a nice indoor/outdoor seating area. The apple cinnamon carmel crepe and garden skill were both fantastic. The hash-browns used for the skillet are some of our favorite. The seating area had a nice hybrid indoor/outdoor aspect to it. Definitely recommend if you enjoy a high variety of traditional breakfast options.

This was the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. I don't know if I was just blessed on the day that I went to have the best service and the best food. I went by myself because my friends went to brunch and I miss them so I just went to this place because it was close to my hotel and I feel like it was the best decision I made for food. I really hope that they are consistent with the service that I received because the breakfast was amazing My food was the best ever in life The only thing that I did not like but that's only because of my personal preference not because it did not taste good was a vegetarian patty. I don't like grain y vegetarian meat I like more of an impossible and beyond texture and flavor. Their vegetarian petty has vegetables and grains that's not what I like but it did not have a bad taste.

Seriously good!! Nice atmosphere, its a little loud but did not hinder the conversation at our table. Allll the staff were excellent, respectful and friendly. The service was quick and even though it was a full house we were never rushed. The coffee is delicious and all the breakfast options were amazing! All made with fresh ingredients, and order requests were well made and delivered with a smile. Portion sizes are more than enough and I can't wait to come back and try something different from the vast menu! I had breakfast today but they also serve lunch. Enjoy!
